We value our people
Our operatives are on the frontline with our clients, making them a crucial asset to our business. We provide full and ongoing training for all employees, including supporting them through NVQs in Window Cleaning (if desired). We reward our operatives with competitive rates of pay and the chance to develop career-enhancing technical skills such as certification in IPAF, PASMA and IRATA.
Additionally, we encourage our operatives to participate in regular Toolbox Talks and monthly Keep in Touch (KIT) meetings. We believe in an inclusive internal culture with the opportunity for every voice to be heard, so that we can all be inspired to meet our common goal: delivering an excellent service to our clients.
Health and Safety
Specialist commercial cleaning carries some risks, particularly when working on tall buildings. Therefore, we require all our employees, including operatives and managerial staff, to adhere to stringent health and safety standards and follow best practices on-site at all times.
